Meet Your Team

Throughout the onboarding process, you’ll meet with the Managing Partner of your region and get to know who you’ll be working with, and later with the Managing Partners from all regions. A strengths profile allows us to tailor the experience to help you perform your best. You’ll also meet with the Statewide Sales Director to gain an understanding of the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies.

Licensing & Preparation

All Michigan insurance agents must become licensed to sell insurance in the state of Michigan. Your regional team will help you prepare for the state exam and other licensing requirements by offering courses and pre-tests. While you're obtaining the proper licenses, we assist with basic onboarding, like printing business cards.
